Peace to elude South Asia till Kashmir resolution: Mirwaiz

Srinagar, July 31 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has said that permanent peace will continue to elude South Asia until the Kashmir dispute was resolved in accordance with the Kashmiris’ aspirations.

Custodial killing sparks protests in Sopore

Srinagar, July 31 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the killing of a youth in custody of Indian police sparked anti-India demonstrations in Sopore town, today.

The police arrested the youth Nazim Rashid at Chanikhan in Sopore, last night, and killed him in custody. As news about the killing spread people took to the streets and staged protests against the killing.

Srinagar, July 31 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference leader, Yasmeen raja has paid rich tributes to three Kashmiris Nayeem Ahmed Shah, Raies Ahmed Wani and Afroza Akhtar on the occasion of their first martyrdom anniversaries. They were killed by Indian troops on August 01 last year in Pampore.
