India prevents people’s interaction with un envoy: Rehmani

Islamabad, March 28 (KMS): The Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Freedom League (JKPFL), Muhammad Farooq Rehmani has said that India is preventing free interaction between the victims and the UN Special Rapporteur.

Jeddah, March 28 (KMS): The Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq along with Barrister Abdul Majeed Tramboo, Chairman, Kashmir Centre Brussels and Professor Nazir Ahmed Shawl, Chief Executive of Kashmir Centre London, called on the OIC special representative on Kashmir, Abdullah Alim and held a detailed meeting on the latest situation in Kashmir at the OIC headquarters/Secretariat in Jeddah.

Indian troops martyr five youth in Hindwara

Srinagar, March 28 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh acts of state terrorism martyred five Kashmiri youth in Handwara, today, during siege and search operations.

Of those martyred three were killed in Zachaldara area while bodies of two were recovered from the debris of a house destroyed by the troops in Laribal village. An official of Indian defence ministry claimed that the martyred youth were members of a mujahid organisation. The siege and search operation continued till last reports came in.

Troops occupy 1,561 private houses, 306 official buildings

Jammu, March 28 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the authorities have admitted that Indian troops have illegally occupied 1,561 private houses and 306 official buildings including an educational institute and two health department buildings in the territory.

Tulbul project: Pakistan seeks technical details from India

New Delhi, March 28 (KMS): Pakistan has sought technical details from India on the Tulbul navigation project during the secretary-level talks here aimed at resolving differences over the project in occupied Kashmir.

Indian troops martyr three Kashmiri youth in Kupwara

Srinagar, March 28 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred three Kashmiri youth in Kupwara district, today.

The troops killed the youth at Laribal-Peer Mohalla in Handwara area of the district during a siege and search operation, which continued till last reports came in.

Over five thousand arrested in IHK during last 2 years

Jammu, March 28 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the puppet administration has said that over five thousand people have been arrested during the last two years in the territory.

The puppet Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah in reply to a motion in the so-called Legislative Assembly said, as many as 5,786 persons were arrested on different charges during past two years between April 2010 and March 2012. He said that out of those arrested 5,782 persons have been bailed out.
