Srinagar, February 29 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the veteran Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani has said that the people of Kashmir would continue their struggle for securing right to self-determination till complete success.

Srinagar, February 29  (KMS): The Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik has expressed hope that the Kashmiris can defeat India morally, politically and spiritually through a disciplined peaceful movement.

Under trial youth dies in police custody in Srinagar

Srinagar, February 29  (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, an under trial youth died under mysterious circumstances in Srinagar Central Jail.

Nazir Ahmed Sheikh (35), developed chest pain and was provided medical treatment but he died, police said. They also said that Nazir, an employee of Srinagar Municipal Corporation, was arrested on February 8 in abduction and misbehave of a woman of Wachi Shopian.

Liberation struggle to be taken to its logical end: Mirwaiz

Srinagar, February 28 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has said that the people of Kashmir would take their just liberation struggle to its logical conclusion, against all odds.

No talks with India till it accepts Kashmir as dispute

Srinagar, February 28 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the veteran Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani has rejected to engage with India in any sort of parleys till it acknowledges Jammu and Kashmir as a dispute.

Syed Ali Gilani said in a media interview in New Delhi that India must give up its rigidity and accept the ground realities. The veteran leader maintained that he was not averse to parleys but he did not want to hold talks for the sake of talks.

TeH detainee not allowed to join mother’s funeral

Srinagar, February 28 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Tehreek-e-Hurriyet Jammu and Kashmir has condemned the authorities of Central Jail Srinagar for not allowing an illegally detained Kashmiri Hurriyet activist to participate in his mother’s funeral.

Mirwaiz, Gilani say no talks till India accepts their proposals

Srinagar, February 28 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, and the veteran Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani, have said that there is no chance of talks with India unless it accepts their proposals.

The two leaders, while reacting to the media reports that Indian government was about to engage Hurriyet leaders in talks, said that only tripartite talks were acceptable to them in which India, Pakistan and Kashmiris discuss the core issue of Kashmir.

Liberation struggle to continue till logical end: JKSM

Srinagar, February 27 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, APHC leader and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement (JKSM), Zafar Akbar Butt, has said that the Kashmiri people will continue their struggle till the Kashmir dispute is resolved in accordance with their aspirations.

APHC to step-up mass awareness campaign: Mirwaiz

Srinagar, February 27 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference has said that it will step-up its mass awareness campaign to highlight the urgency of resolving the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the Kashmiris’ aspirations.

On his return to Srinagar from a visit to New Delhi, the APHC Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, told media men that India had been creating wrong conceptions about the Kashmiris’ struggle for freedom and to counter such attempts, the APHC was planning to open its office in New Delhi.
