Indian troops martyr 6 Kashmiris in April

Islamabad, May 01 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops, in their continued acts of state terrorism, martyred 6 Kashmiris including a young boy during the last month of April.

According to the data released by Research Section of Kashmir Media Service, today, the troops arrested 44 youth during the period. 45 persons were injured, most of them critically, due to the use of brute force by Indian troops and police personnel against peaceful protesters. The troops disgraced 4 women and subjected one youth to disappearance in custody in the month.

Court pronounces verdict in Pathribal fake encounter

New Delhi, May (KMS): The Supreme Court of India today asked the Indian Army authorities to decide whether its personnel involved in fake encounter killings in occupied Kashmir and Assam should be tried by court-martial proceedings or by regular criminal courts.
