Srinagar, May 11 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, APHC leader and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement, Zafar Akbar Butt and pro-liberation leader Javed Ahmad Mir demanding plebiscite in Kashmir has said that India will not be able to suppress the Kashmiris’ liberation struggle through arrests, use of force and other repressive tactics.

London, May 11 (KMS): The Executive Director of Kashmir Centre London, Professor Nazir Ahmad Shawl has described the house arrest of Hurriyet leadership including Syed Ali Gilani, Shabbir Ahmad Shah and Nayeem Ahmad Khan in Srinagar as a wanton denial of their fundamental rights.

Srinagar, May 11 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, has reiterated that the people of Kashmir would continue to pursue the mission of Kashmiri martyrs.

The APHC Chairman, while addressing a public gathering in Srinagar, today, maintained that the month of May had a great significance in the history of Kashmiris’ movement. He said that in this month, Mirwaiz Moulvi Muhammad Farooq, Khawaja Abdul Ghani Lone and the martyrs of Hawal had laid their lives for the just cause of people’s inalienable right to self-determination. Later, the Mirwaiz led a big procession and the participants raised high-pitched pro-liberation slogans.
