Peace in region only through Kashmir settlement

Srinagar, May 14 (KMS): Veteran Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani, has stressed that peace in the region can be maintained only after the settlement of the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the UN resolutions.

Syed Ali Gilani during his forum’s meeting in Sringar, today said that the relevant resolutions of the United Nations provided basis for the solution of the dispute. He urged Pakistan and India to take positive steps to resolve the lingering dispute in order to avert continued threat to stability in the region.
