High level inquiry into Poshu’s murder demanded

Jammu, June 20 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Forum (JKDF) at a meeting here paid glowing tributes to Poshu Bazaz on his 7th death anniversary.

The JKDF spokesman said that the meeting expressed sympathies with the bereaved family and observed two minutes silence. He deplored that the Canadian police had so far failed to arrest the killers.

The forum urged the Canadian government to accelerate the process of investigation and punish the killers. It also called for setting up of a high level enquiry to expose the mystery behind the murder.

Pertinently, Poshu Bazaz, the son of Pandit Bhushan Bazaz was killed by some unidentified gunmen in Toronto, Canada on 19th June in 2004.
