Re-arrest of Ghulam Nabi Sumjhi denounced

Srinagar, May 27 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Tehreek-e-Hurriyet has strongly denounced the re-arrest of illegally detained Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Ghulam Nabi Sumjhi, by Indian police immediate after his release from 10 months of illegal detention.

The spokesman of Jammu and Kashmir Tehreek-i-Hurriyet in a statement issued in Srinagar said that Ghulam Nabi Sumjhi was shifted to an undisclosed location after he was re-arrested outside the jail premises.

He said that the authorities were flouting the court orders by not releasing the illegally detained Hurriyet leaders and activists.
