Srinagar, February 03 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, APHC leader and the Chairperson of Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Khawateen Markaz, Yasmeen Raja has expressed gratitude to the government and people of Pakistan for expressing solidarity with Kashmiris by observing Kashmir Solidarity Day on February 05.

Yasmeen Raja, in a statement issued in Srinagar, said that Pakistan had always supported the Kashmir cause morally, diplomatically and politically.

She also thanked the Pakistani media for highlighting the human rights violations perpetrated by Indian troops in the occupied territory on international level and voicing for the early resolution of the longstanding dispute.

Appealing the world human rights organizations to take notice of gross rights’ violations in the territory, she condemned the killing of a Kashmiri youth, Wamiq Farooq Wani in Srinagar by the troops. »
