Islamabad, Feb 4 (KMS): The Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Freedom League, (JKPFL) Muhammad Farooq Rehmani has strongly condemned the arrest of party General Secretary, Muhammad Rafiq Ganai and curfew imposed by authorities in Srinagar, today.

Rehmani Rehmani in a statement said that the government of India and its occupation authorities were trying to perpetuate illegal and oppressive hold on Kashmiris who were struggling for securing right to self-determination.

He also condemned the killings and arrests of other Huriyet leaders and urged the world community to take cognisance of the current ugly situation of barbarity of Indian troops and police in occupied Kashmir. »
