Srinagar, March 08 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, APHC leader and the Chairperson of Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Khawateen Markaz, Yasmeen Raja has demanded of the United Nations and international human rights organizations to take concrete steps for the protection of the rights of Kashmiri women.

Yasmeen Raja, addressing a meeting held in connection with World Women Day, today, in Srinagar, said that the Kashmiri women had been the worst victims of rights violations in the occupied territory for the last several decades.

She said that a memorandum would be sent to the United Nations regarding the Indian state terrorism and victimization of the Kashmiri women by the troopers.  »
