Srinagar: Posters have again commemorated the 8th martyrdom anniversary of the popular youth leader, Burhan Muzaffar Wani displayed in several areas of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
According to Kashmir Media Service, Burhan Wani, along with two other associates, was martyred by Indian troops during a fake encounter in Kokernag area of Islamabad district on July 8, 2016. His killing sparked a mass uprising in IIOJK during which over 150 civilian protesters were martyred and thousands injured by Indian troops.
