Indian forces arrest three youth under PSA in Kathua
Jammu: Indian forces have arrested three Kashmiri youth in the Kathua district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir under the black law, Public Safety Act (PSA).
According to Kashmir Media Service, the arrests occurred during a cordon and search operation in the Lohai area of Kathua. The youth, identified as Mohammad Saleem, Farooq Ahmad and Happy Choudhary, were detained and charged under the draconian PSA.
The occupation authorities said that the trio was involved in anti-India and pro-freedom activities, claiming that their arrests followed the issuance of detention warrants by the district magistrate.
The arrested youth have since been transferred to jails in Udhampur and Jammu, Indian police officials said.
