According to Kashmir Media Service, this rally was a tribute to the unwavering struggle that led to the creation of Pakistan and reaffirmed the unbreakable bond between Pakistan and Kashmir.
March 23, 1940, holds immense significance in the history of Pakistan, as it was the day when the All-India Muslim League, under the leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, passed the historic Lahore Resolution. The rally served as a powerful reminder that Pakistan and Kashmir share a common destiny. The youth participating in the rally reaffirmed their commitment to this cause, vowing to uphold the legacy of their elders who sacrificed for Pakistan’s independence and sovereignty.
The rally, which passed through key locations including Upper Adda and Naluchi Bridge before culminating at the Press Club, was an expression of solidarity with the defenders of Pakistan.
The participants paid tribute to the armed forces and security personnel who continue to fight against terrorism and hybrid warfare, countering enemies who seek to destabilize the country.
