Earthquake jolts Kashmir valley
Srinagar: A moderate earthquake, measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale shook Kashmir valley today.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the tremors were felt at around 1:58pm in the valley. However, no immediate loss of life, injuries, or damage has been reported.
According to an official, the epicenter of the quake was located at a depth of 180 km in the Hindu Kush region of Afghanistan.
