Indian troops continue CASOs in Kathua, Reasi

Jammu: Indian troops have continued their violent cordon-and-search operations (CASOs) in the Kathua and Reasi districts of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir today.

According to Kashmir Media Service, officials reported that the ongoing search operation has been extended to new areas of the Ghati Juthana forest in Kathua district.

Yesterday, three Kashmiri youth were killed by Indian forces in a fake encounter in the area, with the forces labelling them as militants.

Meanwhile, the search operation continues in the remote forested areas of Reasi district, which is home to the cave shrine of Vaishno Devi. This operation comes ahead of the forthcoming Navratri festival.
