One killed, another injured in Islamabad road accident
Srinagar: A 44-year-old man was killed while another was injured after their vehicle collided with a truck in Islamabad district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the accident took place near Fruit Mandi Jablipora area of Bijbehara, where a collision occurred between a truck and an SUV. In the incident, two persons sustained critical injuries and were shifted to Sub-District Hospital Bijbehara for treatment.
However, one of the injured, identified as Arshid Nabi Dar, succumbed to his injuries. The other injured person has been identified as Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat (50). Both are residents of Baghat Kanipora, Srinagar.
Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard and initiated an investigation.
