Speakers denounce India’s repeated false flag operations to malign Pakistan

Islamabad: Speakers at a press conference in Islamabad strongly condemned India’s repeated false flag operations, stating that these orchestrated events are designed to malign Pakistan and justify New Delhi’s aggressive rhetoric and militaristic posture in the region.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the press conference was organized by the Center for Development and Stability (CDS) at the National Press Club, Islamabad, under the theme “Exposing Deception: Critical Analysis of India’s False Flag Operations.”

Dr. Irfan Ashraf, Director General of CDS, in his opening remarks, emphasized the critical need to understand the pattern of India’s false flag operations and their wider implications for Pakistan and the South Asian region. He stated that such tactics escalate tensions and seriously undermine regional peace and stability.

Brigadier (R) Asif Haroon Raja, Patron-in-Chief of CDS, delivered an in-depth analysis of India’s false flag operations, tracing them from the events of 1971 up to the recent Pahalgam incident. He stated that India’s intelligence agency, the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), is orchestrating covert operations aimed at destabilizing Pakistan and creating fabricated pretexts for hostile policies.

“These operations are meant to mislead the global community, defame Pakistan, and justify India’s unjust military actions,” said Brig. Raja. “From fabricated threats to staged attacks, India’s use of deception has consistently been a tool to divert attention from its internal failures and suppress dissent.”

He warned that such actions are not only dangerous but also threaten the democratic fabric by manufacturing enemies and silencing critical voices. “Accountability is essential to restore public trust and ensure global stability,” he asserted. “It is time to unveil these lies and stand firmly for truth and justice.”

Dr. Ashraf concluded the session by thanking the attendees and reaffirming that India’s narrative of false flag operations is undermining prospects for peace. He emphasized that the Indian government and media are actively spreading misinformation, and stressed the importance of resolving such matters through constructive dialogue and sound foreign policy. Moreover, Pakistan is fully prepared to respond appropriately to this evolving situation. KMS-12U
