India’s NIA court declares Hurriyat leader Altaf Butt proclaimed offender
Srinagar: A court of the notorious Indian National Investigation Agency (NIA) in illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir has declared Kashmiri Hurriyat leader Altaf Ahmed Butt a proclaimed offender.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the NIA has registered various false cases in a Srinagar court against the Hurriyat leader, residing in Pakistan.
Due to his non-appearance, the court through a notice declared him a proclaimed offender and ordered the Indian police to arrest Altaf Ahmed Butt wherever he is found and produce him in court.
