‘War not solution,’ AIMPLB calls for restoration of peace
New Delhi,: The All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) has urged India and Pakistan to resolve the current conflict by means of dialogue.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the meeting was attended by the office bearers of the board members who highlighted that the war is not a solution as both the countries cannot afford it.
The Muslim body then passed a resolution expressing concerns over the escalating tensions at the border. It mentioned that it supports every necessary step taken for the safety and protection of the nation.
“Countries must resolve the conflicts by bilateral dialogues and discussions. War is not a solution, especially when the countries possess nuclear weapons.” The board then warned of the possibility of this conflict leading to immense struggles and suffering in both countries.
