Lt Col, Army man killed, three officers injured in Leh road accident
Ladakh: Lieutenant Colonel of Indian Army and a soldier were killed, while three other officers were injured after a boulder struck their vehicle in the Ladakh region of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the accident occurred when an Army convoy was moving from Durbuk to Chongtash in Leh district. The deceased have been identified as Lieutenant Colonel Bhanu Pratap Singh and Lance Dafadar Daljeet Singh. The injured have been identified as Major Mayank Shubham, Major Amit Dixit and Captain Gaurav.
“The injured have been shifted to an Army hospital in Leh for treatment,” an official said.
