World urged to stop BJP regime from confiscating properties in IIOJK

Srinagar: The All Parties Hurriyet Conference has urged international human rights organizations to stop the Indian BJP government and its establishment in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir from confiscating Kashmiri properties.
According to Kashmir Media Service, in continuation of the fear and terror policy pursued by the BJP regime in IIOJK, Indian forces and the Delhi-controlled State Investigation Agency have been snatching properties, including houses, lands, and business centres, during crackdowns in different districts of the territory.
This, the APHC said, is an example of a full-fledged war on the oppressed Kashmiri people.
APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas, in a statement issued in Srinagar, said the ongoing raids, arrests, and attachments of properties by Indian forces and agencies like the National Investigation Agency, State Investigation Agency, and Special Investigation Agency are meant to punish Kashmiris for demanding their fundamental right to self-determination. He urged the United Nations and other human rights organizations to come forward to save Kashmiris from Indian occupation and Hindutva terrorism, which he described as a threat to humanity.
Minhas called on human rights organizations to stop the Indian government from committing atrocities in the disputed region and to pressure it to release illegally detained resistance leaders, activists, and ordinary Kashmiris from jails.
