IIOJK receives fresh rains, snowfall
Srinagar: Upper reaches of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir received fresh snowfall while rains lashed the plain areas of the territory.
According to Kashmir Media Service, meteorological officials reported that light snowfall was recorded in popular tourist destinations like Gulmarg and Sonamarg, as well as in high-altitude areas such as Zoji La and Sadhna Top.
Light rain was reported in some of the valley’s plains. Authorities also stated that the temperature in most areas of the valley, including Srinagar, has risen above the freezing point.
