Two killed, one injured in Doda road accident

Three houses gutted in Srinagar fire incident

Jammu: Two people lost their lives and another sustained injuries after a vehicle met with an accident in Doda district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the accident occurred near Garsoo village of Bhalessa area of the district, today.

The deceased have been identified as Imran Hussain (35) and Sumaiya (17), residents of Drabshalla, Kishtwar while Iqra Bano (16) was rescued in a critical condition and subsequently evacuated to the hospital.

Meanwhile, three houses were damaged in a massive fire in Chattabal area of Srinagar, today morning.

An Indian official said that fire broke out in one of the houses in Danawari locality of Chattabal. “No injuries or casualties have been reported in the incident,” he said, adding that cause of fire is being ascertained.
