World still amazed by Pakistan’s victory over India, says PM Shehbaz
Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that Pakistan earned global respect by defeating India in war, and the world continues to praise the country for this remarkable achievement.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Prime Minister while addressing a meeting of the federal cabinet in Islamabad said that Pakistan’s armed forces were honoured by God with victory, and even today the world is astonished by India’s defeat.
“Field Marshal led the war from the front, the Air Force displayed extraordinary skill, and India’s disgraceful defeat is still remembered,” he said.
He emphasized that the entire nation stood united against the enemy, and the exceptional performance of Pakistan’s forces led to a historic victory over India. “The professionalism and courage of our armed forces stunned the world,” he added.
Referring to internal security, Prime Minister Shehbaz stated that Pakistan’s security forces continue to sacrifice their lives in the fight against terrorism.
Turning to the situation in Gaza, the Prime Minister said, “The atrocities in Gaza are unprecedented in history. The suffering of children is unbearable. No words are enough to condemn the ongoing oppression.” He added that immediate aid is being sent to Gaza through Egypt and Jordan, and Pakistan’s position on the issue remains clear and unwavering.
