According to Kashmir Media Service, an immovable property of 4 marlas, registered in the name of Mubashir Ahmad, a resident of Syedabad Pastuna Tral, was seized by Indian police under the draconian Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). Police have labeled Mubashir Ahmad as a supporter of the ongoing Kashmiris’ right to self-determination movement.<\/p>\n

Since the illegal revocation of IIOJK\u2019s special status in August 2019, the Modi government has confiscated hundreds of properties belonging to Kashmiris, citing various pretexts.
