\"\"Srinagar: Several parts Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir received snowfall on Thursday morning, leading to the suspension of traffic on the Gurez-Bandipora road.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, an official told the media that snowfall began early in the morning in Gurez and surrounding areas. As the intensity increased, authorities decided to close the Gurez-Bandipora road to ensure the safety of travelers.<\/p>\n

\u201cMovement on the Gurez-Bandipora road shall remain suspended until further orders,\u201d the official said, adding that snow clearance operations will begin as soon as weather conditions improve.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, other higher reaches of Kashmir, including Achabal in Islamabad district, are also experiencing light to moderate snowfall. Residents have been advised to avoid unnecessary travel in affected areas.<\/p>\n
