\"\"Jammu: Farooq Abdullah, the president of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, has stated that India has no external threat but is facing threats within the country, especially the rise of Hindutva since the past decade.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, Farooq Abdullah was addressing party workers at the National Conference office in Jammu. He condemned the propaganda that Hindus are under threat in India. He questioned, “How is it possible that Hindus, who make up 80% of the population, are at risk?” He emphasized that such propaganda is only meant to create fear among people.<\/p>\n

Farooq Abdullah also pointed out that after the illegal revocation of IIOJK’s special status, employment opportunities in Jammu are being given to outsiders. He said that Article 370 was introduced to protect not only the people of Kashmir but also the Dogra community. However, today, it is the outsiders who are getting employment opportunities.<\/p>\n

He further stated that the People\u2019s Democratic Party (PDP) is responsible for the abrogation of Article 370. He recalled advising Mufti Saeed not to ally with the BJP, but his advice was ignored.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
