According to Kashmir Media Service, the hospital has no reliable backup power, leaving the medical staff and patients in a difficult situation. The backup generator takes almost an hour to start after a power failure, during which time essential machinery and hospital operations come to a halt.<\/p>\n

“This often happens at the hospital, and the backup takes too long to start,” said one of the hospital employees, expressing frustration over the repeated power disruptions.<\/p>\n
