They stress that the Kashmir dispute is a critical test of the UN\u2019s commitment to its founding principles of justice and equality, warning that continued global silence undermines the credibility of the UN Charter and its resolutions.<\/p>\n<p>Highlighting India\u2019s militarized suppression in Kashmir, analysts emphasize that its policies violate the Geneva Conventions and international human rights law.
