According to Kashmir Media Service, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, in a statement issued in Srinagar, paid tribute to the late Drabu, stating that he was an exceptionally ethical and sociable personality. He expressed his condolences and sympathy to the grieving family and prayed for the forgiveness of the deceased.<\/p>\n

Mirwaiz also expressed deep sorrow and grief over the death of renowned Kashmiri journalist and former Bureau Chief of Zee News, Naseer Ahmad Wani, and paid tribute to his journalistic services. He remarked that Naseer Ahmad was a professional journalist who, throughout his life, strived to uphold justice in journalism.<\/p>\n

Following Mirwaiz’s instructions, a high-level delegation of the organization visited Ram Bagh and Qamarabad, Bemina, to participate in the Fatiha (prayer) ceremonies for the deceased and convey Mirwaiz\u2019s message of condolences and sympathy.
