The event brought together scholars, legal experts, and activists to discuss the ramifications of this pivotal constitutional change and its impact on the socio-political and legal landscape of the territory.<\/p>\n<p>The seminar featured a series of presentations and discussions led by esteemed speakers, including legal scholars, human rights activists, and representatives from various organizations advocating for the rights of Kashmiris.<\/p>\n<p>Vice Chancellor of Sindh Madrasahtul Islam University Karachi, Prof. Dr. Mujeebuddin Sahrai Memon, presided over the event, while Convener of APHC-AJK, Ghulam Muhammad Safi, was the chief guest. Chairman of the Kashmir Institute of International Relations (KIIR), Altaf Hussain Wani, General Secretary of APHC-AJK, Advocate Parvaiz Ahmed, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Dr. Shaista Tabassum, and Dr. Huma Riaz Dar also spoke at the event.<\/p>\n<p>The speakers debated the constitutional legality of the illegal abrogation, examining the processes followed by the Indian government and the potential violations of international law.
