He said that Maam Beigh shared a close association with Shaheed-e-Millat Mirwaiz Maulvi Mohammad Farooq and always stood by his side in the movement for justice and dignity. \u201cThat same love, respect, and loyalty remained intact in his relationship with me as well,\u201d Mirwaiz added.<\/p>\n<p>He described the deceased as a principled and respected voice of downtown Srinagar who remained steadfast in his beliefs throughout his life. \u201cHis death is a personal loss for me and a significant void for Kashmiri society,\u201d Mirwaiz stated.<\/p>\n<p>Mirwaiz Umar Farooq led the funeral prayers of the deceased, which were attended by a large number of people from across the area.
