The property is registered in the name of Muhammad Yousuf Shah and is currently in the possession of Masood Hussain Shah, son of Muhammad Yousuf Shah.<\/p>\n<p>The seized property is located in Mohalla Mir Masjid, Shala Bagh, Khanyar.<\/p>\n<p>The police claimed the confiscation was carried out under relevant provisions of the UAPA in connection with a First Information Report (FIR) registered at Khanyar Police Station.<\/p>\n<p>It is worth mentioning that since August 5, 2019 \u2014 when India revoked occupied Jammu and Kashmir\u2019s special status, the authorities have been running a systematic campaign to dispossess native Kashmiris of their homes and lands in a bid to alter the territory\u2019s demographic composition.
