He was found unconscious in the Kadlabal area of Pampore in Pulwama early Thursday morning and was immediately shifted to SMHS Hospital Srinagar, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.<\/p>\n<p>Indian police have claimed to have taken cognizance of the incident and launched an investigation.
