It is the language of poets, courts, revenue offices, administration &amp; everyday life here,\u201d Para said in a post on X. He also criticised the CAT\u2019s order.<\/p>\n<p>CAT is a quasi-judicial body in India established under Article 323-A of the Indian Constitution.
