\"\"Jammu: The bodies of a husband and wife buried decades apart were discovered in an intact state after a landslide struck their ancestral graveyard in Mendhar sub division of Poonch district in Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir.<\/p>\n

The remains of Moulana Ibrahim Mughal, who died 24 years ago, and his wife Kaneez Bi, who passed away four years ago, were found undisturbed, with their burial shrouds still in good condition, according to residents of Kandi village.<\/p>\n

The discovery was made Friday morning after heavy rainfall triggered a landslide that hit a section of the village graveyard, exposing two graves.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were stunned when we started clearing the debris and found the bodies in perfect condition,\u201d said Mohammad Javid, a local resident. \u201cThe shrouds were intact, and there was no sign of decay. It truly feels like a miracle.\u201d<\/p>\n

The graveyard, built and maintained by a few families in the village, has been in use for generations. Locals said the couple had been buried next to each other in accordance with Islamic traditions.<\/p>\n

Following the discovery, the bodies were reburied Friday evening in a ceremony attended by thousands of villagers who came to witness what many described as \u201ca reminder of the Almighty\u2019s power.\u201d<\/p>\n
