{"id":179806,"date":"2025-07-25T10:10:22","date_gmt":"2025-07-25T05:10:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kmsnews.org\/kms\/?p=179806"},"modified":"2025-07-25T10:10:22","modified_gmt":"2025-07-25T05:10:22","slug":"indian-police-attach-youths-ancestral-property-in-iiojk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kmsnews.org\/kms\/2025\/07\/25\/indian-police-attach-youths-ancestral-property-in-iiojk.html","title":{"rendered":"Indian police attach properties of two more Kashmiris in IIOJK"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-179808\" src=\"https:\/\/kmsnews.org\/kms\/assests\/2025\/07\/5-4-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1700\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Srinagar: The administration of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, led by New Delhi-appointed Lieutenant Governor, has seized the properties of two more Kashmiris in Baramulla and Kupwara districts.<\/p>\n<p>According to Kashmir Media Service, on the orders of the administration, the police have seized three kanals and three marla land and a residential house of Javed Ahmad Dar in Reban Sopore area of Baramulla district under the black law Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act UAPA).<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Indian police have seized 2 kanals and 14 marla land of a citizen, Mutwali Paswal, in Batpora Haihama area of\u200bKupwara district under UAPA.<\/p>\n<p>Since the abrogation of the special status of occupied Kashmir in August 2019, the BJP-led Hindutva regime has intensified its campaign to evict Kashmiris from their homes and lands. The move is aimed at harassing and economically weakening the oppressed people of occupied Kashmir.
