According to Kashmir Media Service, the incident took place when the physical tests for the recruitment of home guards were being conducted in the state.<\/p>\n
During the race, a young female candidate suddenly fainted. The staff present at the scene immediately called an ambulance to take her to the hospital. The victim was sent to the hospital in an ambulance with driver Vinay Kumar and technician Ajit Kumar.<\/p>\n
However, after reaching the hospital, when the girl regained consciousness, she told the doctors that she was raped in the moving ambulance while being taken to the hospital.<\/p>\n
The doctors immediately informed the police. The police have arrested both the accused.<\/p>\n
Senior Superintendent of Police Anand Kumar told the media that after the complaint of the victim girl, a special investigation team was formed, led by SDPO Saurabh Jaiswal. The team immediately raided and arrested both the accused. The police sent a forensic science laboratory team to the spot to collect evidence.<\/p>\n
In addition, the identity of the accused and the incident were also confirmed with the help of CCTV cameras on the way.<\/p>\n
A case has been registered against both of them under the provisions of rape.<\/p>\n
SSP Anand Kumar said the case is being investigated at a fast pace and the action will be completed in the court by filing a challan soon.<\/p>\n
