Glasgow: In a desperate attempt to malign Muslims and sow panic, a Hindu Indian passenger faked a Muslim identity and shouted bomb threats aboard an EasyJet flight from London Luton to Glasgow in the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n
According to Kashmir Media Service, a video circulating online shows 41-year-old Indian national Abhay Devdas Nayak, a resident of Luton, emerging from the aircraft restroom about an hour into the flight, shouting \u201cAllahu Akbar\u201d and anti-American slogans, clearly attempting to impersonate a Muslim. He was swiftly overpowered by fellow passengers and restrained by the flight crew.<\/p>\n
The aircraft was forced to make an emergency landing at Glasgow Airport around 8:20 am, where police arrested the man. Nayak was later charged with assault and endangering aircraft safety at Paisley Sheriff Court. He declined to enter pleas and was remanded in custody.<\/p>\n
The incident occurred as US President Donald Trump was visiting his Turnberry golf course in Scotland, roughly an hour\u2019s flight from Glasgow. EasyJet confirmed that no explosives were found on the plane.<\/p>\n
Observers say this Hindutva-inspired stunt under Modi’s India reflects a dangerous trend, where hate-filled individuals stoop to such disgraceful tactics to malign Muslims and influence global opinion, including that of the United States.<\/p>\n
