The response will start with a deep strike inside India.\u201d The statement marks a notable shift in Pakistan\u2019s deterrence posture, effectively erasing India\u2019s long-held assumptions of geographical immunity beyond the western front.<\/p>\n<p>Observers note that Pakistan\u2019s missile capabilities\u2014especially the Shaheen-III and Ababeel systems\u2014have matured into a Full Spectrum Deterrence strategy, allowing precise targeting of critical Indian infrastructure across 2,500 km range. This includes vital airbases like Kalaikunda, Panagarh, Chabua, and Tezpur; naval installations in Visakhapatnam; and industrial hubs in Kolkata, Jamshedpur, and Bhubaneswar.<\/p>\n<p>Analysts point out that even India&#8217;s high-value strategic assets such as the ISRO launch site at Sriharikota, DRDO facilities in Bengaluru, and Chandipur missile testing range in Odisha are now vulnerable to Pakistani missile engagements, thereby reshaping South Asia\u2019s deterrence equation.<\/p>\n<p>The ISPR chief\u2019s remarks serve as a clear warning that any misadventure by New Delhi will no longer be confined to conventional fronts.
