The Baramulla MP has challenged a March 25 court order directing him to deposit the amount with jail authorities for being escorted to Parliament while in custody.<\/p>\n<p>Rashid\u2019s counsel argued that attending Parliament was his public duty as an elected representative, and such costs amounted to obstruction.
