However, ground realities and independent observations suggest that the actual objective is to instill fear among the local population and further militarize the already heavily militarized region.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the Indian Army\u2019s Special Forces, fresh CRPF troops, including specialized commando units, have also been inducted into these high-altitude areas.
