Islamabad: The nefarious designs of India to fuel terrorism in Pakistan have once again been exposed as an anti-terrorism court awarded 20 years imprisonment to a convicted RAW agent, Usman alias Abdul Rehman.<\/p>\n
According to details, the Indian spy, a former Indian national and now holding Afghan identity, had entered Pakistan through Chaman with the plan to target sensitive installations. Explosives were also recovered from his possession. He was arrested by the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Lahore in 2024, and his conviction has once again unmasked India\u2019s destructive agenda against Pakistan, reminiscent of the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav.<\/p>\n
Officials said the terrorist was planning major sabotage in Pakistan, but the timely action of security agencies foiled the conspiracy. They added that India has consistently used its intelligence agency, RAW, to destabilize Pakistan through espionage, terrorism, and cross-border infiltration.<\/p>\n
The incident is not an isolated case. On April 25, 2025, another Indian-trained terrorist, Abdul Majeed, was captured near a bus stand in Jhelum. Security forces seized 2.5 kilograms of explosives, two mobile phones, one million rupees in cash, and an Indian-made drone from his possession. Forensic analysis of his WhatsApp chats and phone calls revealed shocking instructions from Indian army officers, including Major Sandeep Verma, Subedar Sukhwinder, and Havildar Amit. Messages intercepted included: \u201cWe need civilian bodies,\u201d \u201cSend us bomb-making videos,\u201d and \u201cYou will get 1 million rupees per casualty after the blast.\u201d<\/p>\n
Earlier, British daily The Guardian in its April 4, 2024 investigative report had also exposed that India\u2019s intelligence agency, RAW, sponsored hired assassins who carried out over 20 targeted killings in Pakistan between 2020 and 2024.<\/p>\n
The case of Kulbhushan Jadhav, arrested in March 2016 from Balochistan, remains the most glaring evidence of Indian state terrorism. Jadhav, a serving Indian naval officer, entered Pakistan under a fake identity via Iran and was tasked to fuel separatism in Balochistan and Karachi, stoke sectarian violence, and sponsor sabotage.<\/p>\n
Analysts and officials stressed that these incidents confirm India\u2019s systematic campaign to destabilize Pakistan.
