This is because we have been stripped of our rights,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He recalled previous instances when trucks carrying Kashmiri produce were deliberately halted, causing the fruit to rot\u2014calling it a \u201cwell-planned conspiracy\u201d to sabotage the Valley\u2019s economy.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the recent detention of a Doda-based legislator under the draconian Public Safety Act (PSA), Ruhullah said: \u201cIn Jammu and Kashmir, anyone who speaks up for their rights is unsafe.
