\"\"Hyderabad, September 17 (KMS): Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president K. T. Rama Rao (KTR) has lashed out at the BJP and its supporters, accusing them of disrespecting both the Indian Constitution and the Supreme Court over their reaction to the Waqf (Amendment) Act ruling.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, reacting to criticism after BRS welcomed the Supreme Court\u2019s interim order on the Waqf Amendment Act 2025, KTR said BJP supporters were \u201crattled\u201d because the verdict did not align with their agenda. \u201cThey respect neither the Constitution nor the apex court\u2019s orders,\u201d he wrote on X.<\/p>\n

The BRS leader also accused BJP leaders of \u201cshameless hypocrisy,\u201d recalling that despite the massacre of 26 civilians in a Pakistan-sponsored terror attack earlier this year, the government allowed the national cricket team to play against Pakistan. \u201cThis, even as the victims\u2019 families protested against such an inhuman betrayal,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
