\"\"Srinagar: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the New Delhi-imposed administration has seized the central office of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir, located in the Hyderpora area of Srinagar.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, the confiscated property included a three-storey building constructed on one kanal and one marla of land in Rehmatabad. The seizure was carried out under the draconian Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).<\/p>\n

Indian police claimed that the building was being used as the main office of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat, an organization already banned by the BJP-led Indian government on the pretext of promoting pro-freedom ideology and allegedly facilitating armed activities in IIOJK.<\/p>\n

Authorities said that the action was taken in connection with a case registered at the Budgam police station, invoking multiple sections of the UAPA.<\/p>\n

However, analysts view the move as part of a broader campaign of repression aimed at silencing voices of dissent and weakening the ongoing Kashmir freedom movement.
