According to Kashmir Media Service, mobile internet services have been suspended and heavy Indian troops deployed across the region.<\/p>\n

Strict curbs continue following the killing of four civilians and injuries to over 100 others after Indian forces opened fire with live bullets and pellets on protesters on September 24.<\/p>\n

All educational institutions, including schools and colleges, remain closed while shops, selling essential items, such as groceries and vegetables, are allowed to operate during designated relaxation periods.<\/p>\n

Public gatherings of five or more people are banned across the district, and no processions, rallies or marches are permitted in Leh, Kargil and other parts of the Ladakh region.<\/p>\n

Indian forces are heavily deployed throughout Leh and Kargil districts, creating a climate of fear and tension.<\/p>\n
