He was admitted to a Chandigarh hospital, where he succumbed to illness on Thursday. On Friday morning, neighbours found Basanti Devi hanging in the courtyard of the house.<\/p>\n<p>Manoj Pandey, who joined the BSF in 2008, was posted in Meghalaya before his illness.
