According to Kashmir Media Service, Larnoo and Daksum in south Kashmir\u2019s Islamabad district were among the worst hit, where snow damaged apple-laden trees and electricity supply lines, disrupting both livelihoods and essential services.<\/p>\n

Deputy Director Horticulture Kashmir, Javed Ahmad Butt, said the department is currently assessing the extent of crop losses caused by the unexpected weather. He urged farmers to delay harvesting operations until conditions stabilize.<\/p>\n
